DIARY

This page is the diary of my LLM education

2017 (Machine Learning)

My first experience with Artificial Intelligence began with creating a Nerd Night course in Machine Learning based on Stanford University's online graduate-level course. I included these TOOLKITS on my website.

2022 (ChatGPT shocks the World)

OpenAI introduced ChatGPT 3 on November 22, 2022.

2023 (From Machine Learning to LLM)

In March, I provided a lecture series for Nerd Night. I continued to study generated transformers using videos on YouTube.

2024 (LLMs are introduced)

I used free subscriptions to the most popular LLMs. I didn't prefer any one over the other. My first LLMs were ChatGPT 3, Copilot, and Google AI Overview equally. I only used LLMs as an improved version of Google Search.

My greatest use of LLM was searching and publishing destinations on my travel blog websites, Poland, Japan, and the Douro River

I published an Artificial Intelligence page on my website and included

2025 (The year of the Assistant)

The public's use and interest in AI LLMs exploded. I documented the most significant developments on my new blog website Artificial Intelligence.

After my 2024 hospital time, I chose to learn about health and plan for my senior years. ChatGPT, Copilot, and Google AI helped me introduce my new blog website Living the Final Chapter (LFC).

I focused on a free subscription to ChatGPT 4, and when ChatGPT 5 was launched in August, I submitted my Master Medical File.

In the second half of the year, I spent special attention on learning how to write effective prompts. My use of ChatGPT changed from just searching to back-and-forth communication exchanges.

In November, when ChatGPT 5 correctly analyzed my Holter Monitor and EKG scans and helped me avoid an erroneous pacemaker installation, I purchased the Plus subscription of ChatGPT.

With my Plus subscription, I set up Projects: Medical (LFC), Assisted Living (LFC), Religion, Final Documents (LFC), and Travel. They represent my increased dependence on ChatGPT's advice. By the end of the year, I chose to rely on ChatGPT nearly daily.

2026 (The Year of the Agent)

In January, I updated my Master Medical File with blood lab reports. It identified trends that I needed to monitor. We all "discussed" the change of my primary cardiologist.

In February, I began relying on ChatGPT support for physical ed and psychology. I began setting up ChatGPT as an AI Agent and relearning Python. ChatGPT reported that I was using it well, and I was using it nearly within 80% as an Agent.
